Are you taking new patients?
Yes! We welcome new patients of every age, from first baby teeth to grandparents. Most new patients can be seen within a week, and we keep same-day slots open for emergencies.
Do you take my insurance?
We’re in-network with Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, MetLife, Guardian and most other PPO plans, and we file every claim for you. Before any treatment you’ll get a written estimate of what insurance covers and what you’ll pay.
What if I don’t have insurance?
Join the Brightwell Smile Club for $29/month. It covers two cleanings and exams a year, all routine X-rays and an emergency exam, plus 15% off any other treatment. There’s also 0% monthly financing for larger work.
I’m really nervous about the dentist. Can you help?
You are in good company, and it’s the thing we’re best at. Expect noise-cancelling headphones, weighted blankets, a “pause” hand signal we always respect, and a dentist who explains before doing. Laughing gas and oral sedation are available too.
How old should my child be for their first visit?
Around their first birthday, or when the first tooth appears. Visits for kids under 3 are free: it’s mostly a ride in the chair, a quick look and a sticker.
Do you handle dental emergencies?
Yes. Call (303) 555-0172 as early as you can and we’ll see you the same day for toothaches, broken teeth, lost fillings or swelling. After hours, our voicemail gives you the on-call dentist’s number.
